Leading AI transformation.

Introducing AI in the company – as a business topic, not an IT project: creating governance, bringing people along and lifting productivity. For mid-market companies, scale-ups and corporates.

Overview

When companies really want to use AI – not just try it out – we take responsibility. In AI transformation we lead the change hands-on and from a business perspective: prioritizing use cases, creating governance, bringing people along and lifting productivity measurably. Not as an IT project, but as a leadership task that brings technology, people and processes together.

Not consulting, but hands-on leadership with accountability for results. 27 years of entrepreneurial experience at C-level – across mid-market companies, scale-ups and corporates.

Situations

Typical situations for an AI transformation mandate

As co-founder and partner of Navyra, I drive AI transformation in the enterprise context hands-on: Navyra is the enterprise hub for AI-powered workforce automation, EU AI Act compliance and knowledge retention – exactly the topics that decide whether an AI rollout succeeds or fails.
‍
From this practice I know: AI rarely fails on the technology, but on missing governance, unclear use cases and a lack of acceptance. That is exactly where I come in as an operational leader.
‍
Result: AI that is actually used day to day, runs compliantly and creates measurable productivity – instead of pilots that fizzle out.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions: AI Transformation

Where should a company start when introducing AI?

Not with the tool, but with the processes: where is time being lost today, where do errors occur, where does too much depend on individual people? From this we prioritise a small number of use cases with the best ratio of effort to measurable benefit. It often turns out that workflows need to be put in order first, see Digitalization & Process Automation.

What does the EU AI Act mean for our company in practice?

The EU AI Act regulates the use of AI according to risk and brings obligations that are being phased in over time, including for companies that only use AI. In practice this means recording which AI systems are in use, defining responsibilities and rules of use, training staff and documenting decisions. We build this governance into day-to-day operations; specialised legal advisers handle the legal assessment of individual cases.

Why do so many AI pilots fizzle out?

AI rarely fails because of the technology, but because of missing governance, unclear use cases and a lack of acceptance. Pilots often run alongside day-to-day business, with no one accountable and no KPI. That is why we lead AI as a business topic: with clear ownership for each use case, measurable goals and integration into existing workflows until the solution is used every day.

How do you bring employees along when introducing AI?

By taking reservations seriously, showing the benefit in people’s own daily work and building skills in a targeted way. As interim CIIO of itravel Group, Jens Schneiders led change across five companies in several countries and anchored new ways of working together with the teams. This experience in change & transformation management decides whether AI takes hold or is rejected.

What role does navyra play in an AI mandate?

navyra is a venture of Schneiders Ventures co-founded by Jens Schneiders: an enterprise hub for AI-powered workforce automation, EU AI Act compliance and knowledge retention. In an interim mandate, navyra is an option, not a requirement. If it is used, it is commissioned separately and disclosed openly, so that it is always clear which service comes from where.
