Digitalization on Demand.

Digitalizing and automating processes, with operational responsibility instead of concept papers. From analysis through implementation to operations, in mid-sized companies and corporates.

Overview

When processes are manual, slow or error-prone, we implement digitalization operationally. We analyze, automate and embed the change.

With an eye for economics and for the people who work with it.

Situations

Typical situations for a digitalization mandate

Digitalization and process automation rarely fail because of the technology, but because of execution: the concepts exist, but nobody drives them through day-to-day operations. We take on exactly that role, with operational responsibility instead of outside consulting.

Typical triggers: manual processes that have grown over time, media breaks between systems, a planned system rollout, or a digitalization program that has stalled.

What we take on in digitalization

01

Analyzing existing processes and identifying the most economically sensible automation potential.

02

Prioritizing: what first, what later, what not at all. With an eye on effort and impact.

03

Operational implementation in day-to-day business, not just concepts.

04

Supporting system rollouts and replacing manual media breaks.

05

Bringing employees along: creating acceptance, taking concerns seriously, showing the benefit.

06

Documented, digitalized processes that the team carries on independently after the mandate.

Analyze. Automate. Embed.

Jens Schneiders drives digitalization not as a concept but as an operational task. As co-founder of Navyra he builds AI-supported process automation for companies himself.

Operational depth is no compromise here, it is his advantage: he knows the reality inside the process from his own experience and digitalizes better workflows from it than someone who only looks from the outside.

What counts is not the number of tools introduced, but what actually runs differently afterwards. So the closing question is always: does the team use it, and does it hold without us?

FAQ

Frequently asked questions: Digitalization & Process Automation

Which processes should be automated first?

Those with the best ratio of effort to impact: recurring workflows with high volumes, manual breaks between systems and a high error rate. We analyse the existing processes and decide what comes first, what comes later and what not at all. Automation happens where it makes economic sense, not simply where it is technically possible.

Why does a digitalisation programme stall?

Rarely because of the technology, usually because of execution: the concepts exist, but no one drives them through day-to-day business. That is exactly the role we take on, with operational responsibility instead of advice from the outside. We set priorities, resolve blockages between business units and IT and follow up until the new workflows actually run.

How do you introduce a new system while operations continue?

By keeping day-to-day business stable while switching over step by step: clear priorities, clean transitions and fixed contacts for the team. Jens Schneiders knows this from his own practice, among other things from building digital booking and fulfilment processes at German Transfer, whose B2B mobility platform was developed together with SAP AG.

How do you make sure new digital processes are actually used?

Digitalisation fails because of people, not technology. That is why we take concerns seriously, show the benefit in everyday work and involve the team early, as in change & transformation management. The result is documented processes that the team continues on its own after the mandate. The yardstick is not the number of tools, but what actually works differently afterwards.

Digitalisation or AI: which comes first?

Usually orderly, digitalised processes, because AI needs clean workflows and data. Both can be planned together, though; more under AI transformation. For implementation, our venture navyra, which specialises in process automation for mid-sized companies, can be brought in; this is optional, commissioned separately and disclosed openly.
